Nestled in a peaceful countryside setting yet just minutes from town, it offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Whether you're a job traveler or in town for an extended visit, you'll feel right at home. This is a month-to-month rental and is available for anywhere from 1-8 month rentals. Owner covers lawn care, gas, water, trash and up to $300 in utilities (high electric use overages are billed to guest) $180 cleaning fee on a monthly basis. No smoking indoors. Dogs are welcome with $125 non-refundable pet fee per dog. For stays more than 30 days, mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
