    This stone-foundation three-bedroom, one-bathroom house with hardwood floors and an unfinished basement occupies a corner lot with ample grassed yard and at least 2 parking spaces on a concrete surface. There is currently vinyl siding on a portion of the exterior but the house age implies possible masonry or a combination of masonry and wood under the siding (unconfirmed). The area is bustling with improvement and interest due to surrounding development and nearby improvement. And this unusually large corner lot with masonry foundation house is ripe for its deserved renovation. The hardwood floors and comfortable radiant heat will dramatically improve the property's appeal once it is renovated. Electric service is in the process of being activated with a new meter and new loop service to the property being installed this week as the house has been recently unoccupied.
