Country Living in the City. This cozy 1 bedroom home is located on a large lot only minutes away from city center by the Tacoma mall. Grandma raised her five kids here with an immense garden, we're trying to honor her legacy by providing open areas for you to stretch out and fruits and vegetables for you to graze if the mood suits you. There is the occasional sounds of the city but those are easily erased just watching the bounty of nature unfold around you or relaxing by the open firepit. The long-time neighbors are very friendly and keep tabs on one another. Owner retains a small apartment in the basement for occasional use while performing landscaping and any necessary maintenance.
