Small Dogs and Cats will be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved a non-refundable pet deposit of $250.00 for each approved pet will be required; no more than 2 pets will be considered. No smoking in the home. Parking: The home includes a driveway that is able to fit 2 vehicles. Lease term will be 1 year from the signing of the lease.
