This house is in excellent condition, if you are the type of person who does not take care of the properties, or themselves this place is not for you, if you have roaches, or mice, or bed bugs or any insects please do not bring them to this property, better yet do not call. This property you are required to have one month of check stubs most recent. In addition, you have to have your entire tax return. That way I can verify. You can't afford this House. If you are the type of person who does not like to cut their grass do not apply. If you are the type of person that cannot be on time with a schedule appointment please do not apply, that tell a red flag. If you are the type of individual that has boyfriend problems, please do not apply. If you are a married couple and have marital problems, please do not reply. If you are the type of individual that has car problems, please do not apply. If you are the type of individual to take care of your family that's not on the lease, please do not reply. If you're the type of person that has family problems with relatives or spouses, please do not reply. I am not concerned about your car issues, your family problems or your mental health problems, please do not reply. We are the type of landlords that will get you evicted as fast as possible, here in Indiana the last tenant we evicted once the process started took two weeks, not three months. So, if you're that type of person, please do not reply. We are very good landlords, and we do not play games so don't waste our time. This property also has central air as well. Including the sanitation bill, here in Indiana the sanitation bill stays with the house so if you're the type of individual who does not like to pay your bills, please do not reply.
