Lease Agreement is for 1 year and can be renewed if monthly payment are made on time and inspections are good. NO PETS allowed (including Visit), unless is a service dog with proper documentation. Water and light utilities will be under the tenants name and they shall pay for their services. You will have a double parking space, one car behind the other.
