There is a huge deck in the backyard plus a stamped concrete patio. There is also an oversized 2 car garage with garage door openers. This thing is big and super deep. Plus additional off street parking for an extra car, or camper, or boat. There is room in the backyard for a huge garden if so desired. There is full A/C in this house. There is an amazing park less than half a block walking distance that has just been fully redone. This house is on a super private street so it is very quite and peaceful. My renters are just leaving so I need to get in there and clean it up but I have seen it recently and its in really nice shape. There is a sprinkler system as well. Here is what I am looking for. I am looking for someone to take care of this house, willing to mow the lawn, keep the yard up, pay attention to things so that this house will not get destroyed. Shovel the snow when it needs it. This is a nice house and I would like for people to keep it that way. This house is available for either a 6-1 or 7-1 move in, or possibly anywhere in between.
