Depending on the season you may get to enjoy roses out front, mulberries, passion fruit, mangoes, rosemary and possibly even bananas and pineapple during your stay. Landscaping is included and if you're a gardener, you're welcome to dig in. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with iconic St. Pete hexagonal paved sidewalks. Five minutes by bike to the Pinellas Trail. Seven minutes to Grand Central District with its restaurants, bars, and shops. Ten minutes to Gulfport's waterfront village. Fifteen minutes to downtown St. Pete and the waterfront. Fifteen minutes to the beach. One off-street parking spot in back. Washer and dryer on site. All utilities and high speed internet included.
