The house and historic district are charming, and and the central location convenient. Melrose Hill Historic District is a quiet oasis in Hollywood/Los Angeles. The main house has three bedrooms in a single-story home. Two master bedrooms have attached baths, the third bedroom shares a bath with one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have private access to either a porch, back yard, or a deck. There is a guest house with one bedroom and bath, kitchen, laundry, and great view of the nicely landscaped yard and Paramount Studios. The guest house is currently rented to a quiet, single male, but when/if it comes available it could be part of the main house rental agreement. The house is spacious, large rooms with open floor plan, lots of windows, lots of natural light and privacy. At the same time each room has plenty of privacy and leafy green views. See the link. The property has a lot of trees, and sits atop a knoll. The back yard is nicely landscaped, the front of the house has a porch, and a patio. There is plenty of room for gardening. I require a credit report before signing a lease. Not looking for perfection, just good character. Owner pays gardener.
