All persons 18 years and older will be required to submit an application and will be subject to credit and reference screening. 2. Omissions or falsified information will result in denial. 3. Minimum FICO credit score of 680 for each applicant. 4. Copy of Renter Liability Insurance (minimum $100,000) is required. 5. Full deposit (first month's rent, security deposit; and if needed, pet rent and pet deposit) is required within 24 hours of acceptance, paid by cashier's check or money order only. If deposit is not received timely, the next qualified applicant will be considered. 6. One-year lease required. INCOME, CREDIT & RENTAL HISTORY REQUIREMENTS 1.
