We work in film and would prefer another creative professional between 22-28. We have one medium-sized German Shepard / Corgi mix, Bandit, living with us. Must be okay with dogs. The house has a beautiful outdoor space and wonderful views. The property includes most of a hillside behind it and shares the lot with another lovely guest house. The neighborhood, though only a 10-minute drive from downtown LA has miles of walks right behind the house. The kitchen and bathroom have been tastefully updated and the bathroom has a bath. The house is available for immediate viewing and is available starting February 2st for a 1-year lease. Utilities will be split. Washer and Dryer provided. A love of gardening is a plus.
