I have an upstairs bedroom in a 5 bed 3 bath house open for rent. Bedroom is approximately 145 square feet with large walk-in closet and 4 speed ceiling fan and adjustable light. Shared bathroom upstairs and may also use downstairs bath. Bedroom comes unfurnished (However, a Queen sized bed and desk fit easily). Available on Dec 7th or later. Looking for a single respectful housemate (coed, open to anyone), who is responsible, cleans up after him/herself, and has a stable source of income. No smoking and no drugs (420 included) allowed. Looking to add on to a good community of people that are friendly with each other and may hang out occasionally. Some driveway parking (3 spaces on first come first serve basis) and plenty of street parking available. Housemates: There are 4 people currently in the house (3 guys, 1 girl) with renting out all the rooms that would be a total of 5. All of us are vaccinated from Covid.
