This is a second floor apartment that is on the back of an historic building and enjoys all the views of the Columbia river as well as privacy, peace and quiet. This apartment has its own porch and private entrance. The bedroom and living room have room darkening draperies so that you can enjoy those late mornings and there is a full bathtub as well as shower in the bathroom. Included is a window air conditioner so that you can be cool on those few hot days we have. We are proud of our building and it is important to us that each unit is well kept. We are all professionals living here and enjoy a peaceful and helpful environment. There is no smoking on the premises. We run a credit and background check on each applicants for just $16.50 which is our actual cost. We require in our pass/no pass check that you have a credit score of 700 no bankruptcies and no late payment in the last 12 months of reporting.
