We have a private bedroom available for rent in our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located in a neighborhood with easy access to Parker road and I-225. The room comes with its own private newly renovated bathroom and closet, providing ample personal space and privacy. You'll also have access to the shared living room and kitchen, which are fully furnished and well-maintained. Rent covers all utilities, however internet will come out to around $30 a month and you have the option to join our drinking water delivery split as well. You'll be sharing the condo with myself and my girlfriend. We are both full-time workers and students, so our schedules keep us fairly busy. We value a clean, respectful, and friendly living environment and are looking for a roommate who shares those same qualities. Additionally, we have a friendly and well-behaved 2-year-old dog named Apollo, so pet lovers are a plus!
