This is our largest private room with an attached ensuite private half bathroom! Everything is included with the rent, all utilities, WiFi, all maintenance, laundry on site, yard care, snow removal, 2x monthly cleaning, and we replenish paper products and some of the cleaning supplies at the beginning of each month. . Our housing is best suited for single adults and the common spaces are shared with 2 other adults. We cannot accept animals. Contact us right away to schedule a showing, this room won't last! We do not charge a security deposit, however we do charge you one time non-refundable community fee of $350. That is due along with the first month's rent upon move-in. We use an online rent collection service to process rent payments for us, we accept ACH payments, and credit or debit cards using the service. We do not accept cash or any other forms of paper payment. All residents are expected to follow house rules at all times, we will go over that with you. All prospective residents must also come for a physical showing before being considered. All residents must have a stable form of income at all times. Proof of income will be required.
