The following are a little over 2 years old: NEWER paint inside and NEWER paint outside. NEWER appliances, NEWER flooring, NEWER kitchen cabinets, NEWER counters, NEWER Lighting, shower and NEWER tub, NEWER doors and hardware. Even has a newer roof! For a smaller home we have added a ton of conveniences such as indoor laundry room with direct access to back yard. Also, many cabinets have been added for storage (including a pantry). WELCOME TO YOUR NEW HOME....one that people stay for years!! The last tenants stayed for 13+ years - and LOVED IT! :-) Renter pays utilities and maintains the yard. Renter will pay water of $60 a month to landlord as it is in his name. NO SMOKING. Pets are okay (landlord has full discretion on yes or no regarding your pet(s)). If pets are approved, you will pay a non-refundable move in pet fee, per pet, AND monthly pet rent per pet ($50 per approved pet). Garage/storage unit at property is included with the rent. All appliances are a little over 2 years old (microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, oven/range). Washer and dryer are not included. Rent is a long term intentioned month to month contract. Previous renters were month to month for 13 years (They LOVED it!).
