My favorite plus about this apartment is that it is right across the street from beautiful Forest Park. This apartment has been home to me for 5 years but now I must leave, moving to another city. Washer and dryer is downstairs in the basement. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment and carpet in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are truly oversized. One bedroom has a king bed with plenty of space for furniture while the other is large with plenty of sunshine coming in from the East. The pictures provided are when I first moved into the apartment in 2009. Since, I have painted which makes the apartment that much cozier. The living room is avocado, the hallway is a light mauve, and the bedroom is a beautiful plum. This place is pet friendly to small-medium size dogs and probably cats too. Ample parking on the street which is permitted. Permit is free from the central west end office. If you would like, there is gated parking for $100 a month I believe.
