There is no rural water system currently in this area and the drilled water wells in this area are not typically sufficient to provide quality water to a home. Annual property taxes are to be determined. Property will transfer to buyer with new county approved survey. Current owner does not own the mineral rights. Buyer may also purchase this home with less acreage for a reduced price.
