Casa Bonita, a private guard gated (Andalusian) villa is located inside the Omni Resort Hotel grounds in the heart of Paradise Valley. This location is minutes away from golf courses, Fashion Mall, world class restaurants, resorts and Old Town. The recently renovated residence offers 4 king ensuite bedrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite is located on the main level, while two additional ensuites are situated upstairs (one featuring a soaking tub only, without a shower). The fourth king ensuite is housed in a private detached casita, accessed through the intimate courtyard. Casa Bonita is not your typical rental, but a 5000-sf interior designed home filled with art, antiques and furnishing from around the world elegant but casual with ultimate comfort and amenities. The 24 hour guarded entrance takes you through winding walkways of citrus trees, bougainvillea and fountains reminding you of Spain with Camelback on the horizon. The main living room is filled with light overlooking a private courtyard and garden. Adjacent to it is a large gourmet kitchen and marble island seating four. The kitchen includes Viking appliances, a walk-in pantry with coffee and espresso machines, and a butler's pantry. A separate dining room for formal gatherings opens into another courtyard. The courtyard has a gas fireplace & grill surrounded by comfortable seating. Adjacent to this courtyard is a casita which serves as a living room, entertaining area and office with full bathroom. It includes a wine bar, TV & stereo. Not far from your front door is a heated private pool & jacuzzi reserved exclusively for the 34 homeowners and guests. It's rare to find anyone at the pool as children are not allowed. Beyond the villa's gate, guests have full access to the resort swimming pools, spas, fitness center, business center and all the amenities of the Omni. The hotel is a fifty-acre Andalusian resort surrounded by citrus trees, walkways and Spanish fountains an oasis by Camelback Mountain. There are two restaurants and a snack place.
