There are numerous churches here, a Wal-Mart SuperCenter, and just about anything you might need. Time-Warner satellite t.v., phone and Internet service piped in on this property. I feed birds of all kinds here year round and it is quite rewarding. Migratory birds visit the pond. The S.C. Sandhills area is one of the best kept secrets for retirement in the U.S.A. . (IN contrast, Florida is packed, has bad traffic, ram-jam living, and lots of nefarious people roaming around.) You can retire or make a home here and know you are safe and part of a great community. This property is a perfect oppurtunity for a single person or a a couple retiring that has an extra person needing separate living quarters in close proximity to them. Need a cash buyer as there is no realtor involved, so have priced property as such.
