Beautiful home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This home is in a great school district and walking distance to two parks to choose from. What I enjoy about living here is that I always feel safe. I also love the beautiful light shining in through the windows, but if you don't like the light you can always close the blinds. I'm on the end of the corner, so there's not really anyone across from me which means lots of privacy. I am moving to New Orleans where there are more job opportunities. This home would be perfect for a family or someone looking to start a family. There are two bathrooms. The home is 1300 square feet so there's plenty of space. There is a really cute backyard where I have had family gatherings in the past. New washer and dryer, and remodeled bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet. Most furniture will be included, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. I am flexible on the move-in date. I would love to rent this home to a good family or person.
