Has mini kitchen with granite countertop w/ cooktop, fridge, etc. It was constructed in 2015, has spectacular views of both the valley, and the ocean, also a short driving distance from the UH and KCC campus. Our ideal renter would be a quiet and professional, as its a pretty secluded quiet neighborhood. The rental is surrounded by family homes, but there is a side of the home that overlooks a neighbor, so you must be respectful of that. Wed like renters to sign at least a one year lease, but this is negotiable. Were looking for $2000 per month and a $2000 deposit. We may allow pets on approval. There is 1 car private parking off street, washer and dryer access on site. All utilities included, pets on approval
