Electricity: The tenant is responsible for paying for electricity. It will be added to the next month's rent. Heat and Water: The landlord will provide and pay for heat and water services. 2. Maintenance and Repairs General Maintenance: The tenant must maintain the apartment in a clean and habitable condition. Security Deposit Amount: A security deposit of $1,850 is required at the start of the lease. Non-Refundable Occupancy Fee: $300.00 for move-in, payable by personal check, cashier's check, or money order made out to Shoreline Park Private Residences. $300.00 for move-out, payable by personal check, cashier's check, or money order made out to Shoreline Park Private Residences. The occupancy fee is required for any occupancy change, defined as moving in, out, or within the building.
