A good situation for a summer intern, grad student, or remote worker looking for a peaceful space near greenery. - Rent is $1,750 per month (utilities are included in the price) - Fully furnished, w/ the comfiest couch + desk to work from in the living room, a full sized bed + dresser + closet in the bedroom, dishwasher + updated appliances + blender/espresso maker/cooking wares in a large kitchen - Located on a residential street that offers ample street parking and is right across from Winnemac Park, which blooms w/ wildflowers in its gardens over the summer & is a wonderful place to chill out - Walking distance to CVS, Mariano's, the Damen Brown Line stop, the Metra, and several coffee shops/breweries in Ravenswood/Andersonville that I'm happy to give recs on! - Window AC, radiator heat, coin-operated laundry - Unfortunately no pets allowed!
