The rooms are furnished with a new bed, mattress, nightstand, desk, and chair. The rent is $825 per room plus utilities. Annual lease starting August 1st, but early move-in is available if needed. The main floor includes a living room, kitchen, in-unit laundry closet, and half bath. Pets and smoking are not welcome. Close proximity parking is also available. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, a beautiful place to take refuge away from school. There is also a community center just around the corner with a large pool and tennis courts. The townhouse is located in Mill Pond directly across from Gainesville Health and Fitness and is only a 5-minute drive from UF. The neighborhood is also on a direct bus route which makes transportation easier for students. As for myself, I am a rising sophomore at the University of Florida. I like to binge tv shows, paint, and do yoga. I am a pretty dedicated student so I enjoy a relatively quiet space to focus, but I also like to have a good time as well.
