We're new owners and have changed this small community from Airbnb/VRBO housing for short-term vacationers to long-term affordable housing for Wickenburg residents. St. Joseph's Place consists of four cottages. Currently, Cottage #1 will be available on 6/1/2026. Cottage #1 is a two-bedroom and one bath fully furnished cottage that's approximately 750 square feet in size. It has a washer and dryer unit and central air conditioning for your temperature comfort. It's available for a one-year lease. We'll consider a six-month lease, but the monthly rent will be slightly higher. We can discuss this if you're interested. We welcome Wickenburg police officers, firefighters and teachers, thanking them for their tireless public service. We have community rules and regulations created to make St. Joseph's Place a safe and wonderful place to call home in Wickenburg. A copy of these rules is available for inspection upon request. St. Joseph's Place is a smoke-free community, so smoking is prohibited inside the cottages and anywhere on the community grounds. Qualifications to rent: First, we need to talk. This allows us to understand who you are and what your housing needs are. It gives us an opportunity to answer all of your questions. Then, if it looks like we're a good match, you'll be offered a private viewing. If after the private viewing, you're interested, you'll be invited to submit an online application which will give us your completed application, supporting documentation of your rental history and employment history, a credit report, and a background report.
