The house: -House is on the Northwest side of the city. -The house was just rehabbed this past year: -4 bed/4 full bath (2 of the bedrooms upstairs have bathrooms in them) -Finished basement -2 car detached garage -Updated kitchen -All appliances are new (fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer) -Central heating and new AC unit The neighborhood: -The house is off N Kolmar and Elston (North Mayfair neighborhood) -Next to that shopping plaza with the Seafood City Supermarket, Target, Ross, Five Below, etc. -10 min walk to Gompers Park and LaBagh Woods -Closest CTA station is Jefferson Park or Montrose Blue line (house kind of sits in between the two) -Rent is $2,900 per month (wifi included and trash included, other utilities not) -We will be running a credit check -Hoping to not rent out to more than 5 people for the whole house Things to note: -Pics of house attached (some we took, some from the listing) -Again, this is the house that my partner and family plan on moving into in a few years (roughly 1.5 years, so wouldn't be a long-term housing solution for folks) -Flexible move-in date -Let me know if you have any questions!
