All lights are upgraded to low-energy use LED some with selective color spectrum. The only incandescent light bulbs used are in the scones, high pressure incandescent light to give a smooth fireplace-like ambience. Maintenance and upgrades performed: The A/C compressor starting and running capacitors are replaced for smoother operation. The A/C indoors cooling coil is foam cleaned to increase efficiency and remove any possible clogging. High filtration MERV13 central A/C filters are used to keep household air qualify from external allegiances and cooking aromas. Smart-controllable sprinkler system is used to override watering cycles depending on upcoming or recent rain conditions in order to keep the tropical flora, bushes, palms and grass at optimal condition. The house is equipped with 5 Remote Control ceiling fans to increase ventilation rate of all indoor areas. All ceiling fans come with dimmer lights controlled from the remote controls with 3 levels of speed.
