I dont think its a studio, but id rather list it this way, then defend its open concept at a showing. Large THREE ROOM studio. Its More like a one bedroom, but the bedroom is very open to the living room. The kitchen is completely separate. . Kitchen and bathroom all new and NICE. RENOVATED - all new, completely updated. Low low price for this nice and sunny, good sized apartment. Here's the catch - its over a bar, but the very front part, not the patio. See pictures - the 3 big windows over store-front, can be yours. its a corner building, so the are other windows as well. View of 5th Ave, is very cool. This is a sunny apartment - mostly facing west. Price is ridiculously low. I heard the bar management is considerate, but you may hear bar noise - I really dont know. So this may not for the noise-sensitive person. Its above Commonwealth bar, and i heard it was not a horribly young crowd.
