My apartment is a 3 bed 3 bath with a beautiful balcony view of the court yard. My bedroom is upstairs! It comes fully furnished with a 40 inch TV in the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Although it is a 3 bedroom, there are two open rooms left. So if you have roommates in mind there is one other bedroom available here for them as well. The Wyatt is a gated community with a gorgeous pool and amazing work out facility with free tanning beds. There are also basketball/volleyball courts on sight. The Wyatt is steps away from the University of Kentucky and there is a bus that runs from the apartments to campus. although The Wyatt is not student housing, majority of the residents are so. All utilities included, fully furnished. My rent for my lease happens to be cheaper than most due to a promotion that was going on when I signed. The lease end in August of 2017!
