Two large bedrooms, nice living room with a beautiful native stone fireplace that will heat your home all winter. Sits nicely in the middle of 3 acres that is mostly level and gentle. Set on your spacious back deck and watch all the wildlife and birds. Black top to your door and is a county road so no worries about snow removal in the winter. Lots of parking, 24 x 24 garage, garden spot, plenty of room to build a large shop. Lots of shade trees makes for a park like setting. Great location by land and close to lots of lake activities and just a few minutes to Osage Beach.
