    What's special

My girlfriend and I have lived all over San Diego, and this house is by far our favorite place that we've rented. The only reason we are moving is that we bought a smaller version of this house. This house is a cool craftsman home that has hardwood floors through most of the house, an original built-in hutch, tons of parking, and lots of storage space. A gardener takes care of most of the landscaping, but you have a private side yard where you can do your own gardening or store things outside. There is also an outdoor shed if you need more storage space. Not only is the house great, but the location is too. The home is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Normal Heights (north of Adams Avenue). However, it is still close enough to walk to the main street and enjoy the restaurants, breweries/bars, coffee houses, and popular boutique shops. In terms of the people around you, your neighbors are amazing and very friendly, plus you will have the nicest and sweetest landlord I've ever met. If all of that hasn't already convinced you, let me just add that this place has banana trees and you can pick your own bananas right off of the tree. In summary: 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Washer/dryer hookups inside the house Private fenced side yard Off-street parking for three vehicles plus street parking is always available. Easy access to multiple freeways Cats and small dogs are OK w/ pet fee No smoking Flexible move-in date (ideally early to mid January) Feel free to email, text, or call me. If I don't answer, please leave a message, and I'll give you a call back. Thanks! Owner pays for the water, trash, and the gardener.
