Lawn and yard care included - Safe and relaxing neighborhood but also has security system - Renter will have to only pay electric. Internet, water, gas, and trash bill included - Dogs allowed with rules to be presented in lease. No animal deposit required - 5 minutes to Tennyson Street and Highlands are with many shops and restaurants, Regis University within walking of 2 minutes - 3 close parks and one with a dog park, bike trails and gym - Plenty of storage for renter dishes/ furniture or in case we need to store items or furniture to accomodate renter preference Equipped Items Include: All needed kitchen wares such as appliances, dishes, cooking pan and pots glassware.
