Semi furnished with big fridge, electric stove, dishwasher & microwave oven. Electric fireplace, vaulted ceilings.. It is in the center of Winston Salem, just a 10-min drive to Hanes Mall, 2-min drive to gas station and Walmart market. Utility bills depends on how much you use but our water bill was $50, electricity is $100 and gas is $30. It's a very safe neighborhood with security gate. It is pet friendly although they might not allow dangerous dog breed. Parking is in front of the apartment building. We're paying one month rent for you, so all you gotta worry about is security deposit which will depend on how good your credit is, they'll charge you as low as $99 but up to one month rent which is $940. They also charge admin cost of $200 and if you have a pet, they have one time charge for pet fee of $250. It will cost you around $550-$1400 to move in, the apartment is empty NOW so any time you're ready. Reason for leaving is we bought a house and we can't finish the lease so we're asked to rent it to somebody else. Thank you!
