Ready to live in, everything you need - expcept wifi. Awesome place to unplug a bit. Reality check: rural Oregon. Not close to grocery stores or gas stations. Limited cell service (Verizon best). You are in the forest/mountains/river. And its awesome. And your rent money goes towards more sustainable restoration and retrofits of the house and nearby public land and helps pro-bono my education and social service work ....I think I'm a legit human and I think I mostly rent to legit humans. This is a vacation rental that I will do for up to 3 months between November and March. It is on the river in rural Vida Oregon. It is small and amazing - and I want to keep it that way. Happy well behaved dogs with extra cleaning deposit. Must come with references or go through airbnb or vrbo. All utilities included so long as reasonable electric use. No wifi or cable. Within and hour to Springfield and Eugene and about 1.5 hours to Bend.
