Cute historical cottage within an easy walk to downtown La Mesa. The cottage is small, but has it's own yard. There is a 2 story house next door that will share laundry facility. The cottage is down an alley behind 4989. We pay for gardner and water and trash. Because of our very old hardwood floors - no dogs. We are looking for long term renters, but use a month to month lease.
