This is a 1-bedroom apartment at the Wyatt Apartments less than 1 mile from the University of Kentucky's campus in Lexington. The apartment is fully furnished with a living room 3-seat leather couch; large twin bed; kitchen bar & stools; bedroom office desk & chair; in-unit washer and dryer; coffee table; 45" flat screen TV & Cable; large fridge; dishwasher; microwave; stove & oven; central air & heat; fire alarm & smoke detector. It also features an ADA compliant bathroom and bedroom closet, and all utilities (water, gas, cable, internet) are included within the rent, except electricity. The facility further has a basketball court, large gym with many machines & weights, grills, small track & green space to exercise at or where pets can be walked, swimming pool, and ample parking all on-site. It is also gated with screen doors at the backside of each individual unit. Maintenance is well-regulated and comes as if you are given priority. Parking is $15 or $25/month depending if you want to park right outside of the building or 10 feet further around the gates. One-time application fee is $25. A "no guarantor fee" of $500 is potentially applicable when you first sign up - you paying it is based on credit... but you can get someone you know with good credit to sign with you to avoid it. Other one-time initial administrative fees will add up to around $150 or so with the promotions and specials they got going on right now. I am looking for someone to take-over my lease as I try to get a 2-bedroom in Frankfort. Send me a message if interested. Thanks I am reletting my apartment! The lease ends on July 29, 2022. I believe the building is no smoking and there may or may not be a pet fee. Renter's insurance is required and can be added to your lease for about $12/month or so if you don't have your own.
