Holiday Homes "Largo D" model My construction manager was an f'ng joke, in fact, most of the tract homes built in Brevard county are a joke. The builders here don't give a rats bunk-hole about quality so I hope everyones house goes to $0 in value and the current crop of builders are forced to leave town. I don't care what Zillow values my home at - I have enough cash on hand to pay off the mortage and ride-out a depression (wcz /2008). New Update: So, after the hurricane in 2017 I noticed that several drywall panels in the master bedroom were loose. Long story short, whoever put up the drywall missed with the drywall nails on parts of five sections of ceiling drywall. I found out the reason they were missed was because the ceiling studs were severely bowed and if you follow a straight line many missed the wood - to be exact, about twenty five of them missed the mark. I added more screws, fixed the loose taped areas and skim coated the ceiling to a perfect flat finish. I then contacted the little black sales gal who works for Holiday Builders on Emerson Dr. and asked her to contact someone in the company that could lay down a new knock down finish. I MADE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR THAT THIS WAS NOT WARRANTY WORK OR THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR ANY KIND OF DISCOUNT. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. (wcz 5/21)
