This is a wonderful property. Bathroom situation is not ideal, but the rest of the property makes up for it. Fireplace does not work. Third floor is not living space, but can be used for storage. Tenant does not have use of garage. Tenant pays utilities, gas and electric. Well water. No pets!! No smoking!! No smoking tobacco. No smoking marijuana. No smoking any substance. Not in house, not on porch, not on deck, not on property. Washer/dryer not provided. Hookup for Tenant's washer / dryer available. Landlord maintains grass and grounds.
