The building is right across from the pedestrian tunnel to the lake, allowing quick access to nature, bbq spots and beautiful bike trails. Our dog loves chasing the squirrels with a view! There are multiple bus stops within walking distance, including two right in front of the building. The red line is a mere 5-10 minute walk and there is the option of a parking spot that comes with the unit for $150 per month. The area has so many restaurants to choose from, from Vietnamese, to Mexican (Oaxacan), Venezuelan and Nigerian, to standard American breakfast, etc. There are also options for drinks around - or you could have some wine on the rooftop with friends.
