I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Greenleaf Riverside in Littleton. I've been here since October 31st, and my lease will be up November 1st. I recently got married and will be moving to San Diego mid August. Im willing to be out of my place as soon as I find someone to take over the lease- the sooner the better. Rent is $1065 a month, ONE bedroom, one bath. I believe the square footage is 573 so it's small, but perfect for a single person or a couple. Rent does NOT include utilities. It does have a FULL SIZE washer & dryer as well. I have lived here in the past & never had any issues. It's a quiet area, maintenance is on top of their game & the leasing office has always been helpful. Please understand that you will have to have approved credit, background and credit checks to be considered. This will all be done through the leasing office.
