This apartment is great for a single. It has been painted top to bottom. We put in some new windows and there is a new stove. The bathroom is on the first floor near the living room. There is a small bedroom in the back for an office space. The bedroom is on the second floor. The steps are a bit steep. There is a separate room that is good to use as a closet. This is a quiet neighbor hood and so we are looking for someone who is going to be a good neighbor. Once again, a Zillow application must be submitted and approved before a showing can be scheduled. We pay for water, sewer and trash. No smoking and this property is not approved by Housing.
