Wonderful 3 bed 2.5 bath condo. I've been remodeling but am now relocating my family for work. There is still one more room to finish. It has heater venting, electrical and much of the framing/drywall completed. It can either be a 2nd family room or 4th bedroom. We are across the street from the Davis county rec center which has awesome activities year round. Close to 2 great schools. Great neighbors and really the best community one could ask for. What it needs: could use new carpet/paint upstairs and more modern color of carpet on the stairs if that suits you. I'll work with price for those things. Recent updates: new paint on main level. Newer wood laminate flooring. New water heater. New water softener. Basement Bedroom and Bathroom were recently completed. I am starting off selling on my own for a time. I may decide to go realtor later. If I do, I already have one lined up so no seller agent solicitations, please. HOA covers water, lawn Care, community street snow removal, and landscaping/yardwork.
