Beneath the beautiful butcherblock countertops are four bar stools. On the wall opposite the kitchen is a laundry station housing full-size washer and dryer units. *2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with brand-new mattresses and luxuriously soft linens. The beds are topped with fluffy (hypoallergenic) down-alternative comforters. Both rooms have individually controlled HVAC and ceiling fans to allow you to achieve your ideal sleeping conditions. The rooms also come with dressers and closets to store your things, and one bedroom also has a desk and chair. The full bathroom, located in the hallway between the two bedrooms, boasts beautiful tile flooring, brand new fixtures, and a full bathtub/shower. Water and electricity are separate and paid directly by the tenant.
