The location is 2 minutes from the back gate of Camp Pendleton (!)less than, 2 minutes from shopping, gym, movie theaters, restaurants and parks etc., 20 minutes from MiraCosta, and 5 minutes from the 76. Previous renter was transferred to Yuma: he is moving out on very good terms. You have full access to a large kitchen with center island and new, energy-efficient appliances, dining room, living room, family room with 60" flat-screen TV as well as a beautiful back yard and front porch with glider. Single occupancy only. Must love dogs. They will love you! Sorry, no other pets allowed. I am at my legal limit for Oceanside.
