(Small shared fenced-in yard space next to the unit ... no grass yet but it's perfect for pets). The deck is semi-covered - only a portion of the deck blocks rain. The deck is an amazing place for outdoor furniture or barbeque. There are spaces by the deck for planting if you'd like as well. The studio has a walk-in closet that's carpeted (pics are before steamcleaning). This space also has a "Dormroom-style kitchenette" with a deep sink that doubles as more counter space + shelf for a microwave/toaster. 10 cu. ft. retro fridge. The private deck also has a little gate you can keep or easily take off. We're open to ideas if you'd like to paint the deck or studio - anything to liven up the space! The property has a 'community' pool and deck with barbeque, heat lamp, etc. The view from the large private deck is mostly the tall eucalyptus trees that line the northern side but it also allows for great views of sunrises and moon-rises. Owner pays for utilities: electric, water, trash. Month to month lease but open to discussing what works best for us all. Our family lives here on the property. The house is situated on a hill and we occupy the top portion of the house. The studio is a part of the home's original design and is on the lower level - it's accessed by a set of stairs on the side of the house. I've included a pic of the stairs for reference.
