During the high season, January- March, rent is higher. 8800 for Jan-March all fees included. off season months range from $120-150 per night . We will favor longer term rentals over monthly rentals, except during the high season. This is a smoke-free, pet-free unit and building. There is onsite parking, but it is uncovered. Utilities are included in the rent. Complementary high speed Wi-Fi and cable tv is also part of the rent.
