The website does not have "options" for semester or seasonal renting; the rooms can be rented for June, July, August; Sept.-December; January through May... or several months or a year. There is a one month minimum, should that suite the house calendar (the owner). There are two separate, independent and unique private rooms available to rent immediately at a rate of $2,100. One is "immediate occupancy", the other is Aug. 1st. There are no additional expenses! The bedrooms are not shared, but are part of a private condominium home, total of 2000 sq. feet. Located on the top floor of six levels, elevator, common roof deck, and SHARED bathroom. All new appliances installed in recent years. Rent includes heat, electricity, "window unit" a/c, water and Wi-Fi 1200 Mbps. Closets are 7x3x9 and part of the square footage. High ceilings throughout. Gentle use of kitchen, living room and dining room. Owner resides elsewhere, but is available. Secure and very quiet building which was originally built as a full-service apartment hotel. MGH main entrance is a 6 minute walk. Bicycle storage available; no parking. Best neighborhood! Overlooking the Charles River, MIT in plain view from the roof deck; Esplanade Park and high-rise MGH buildings. Common areas are kept clean, but not the rented bedrooms; that is up to the lodgers.
