Purchased this as our primary residence but been living mostly in Canada where my wife was doing her Ph.D. then and now joined Carleton University in Ottawa as a Post Doctoral Research Associate. A beautiful family was renting since last April and moving into their home in Vermont by the end of March. I will have my letters coming to the property and will collect them monthly. Would prefer a minimum of a year lease, no pets.
