This is a classic mountain getaway cabin just a few minutes walk to Kennedy Meadows resort, across the river from the resort, something ultra special and something like may not come on the public market again for many years. 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, open living area with a stone fireplace, a basic kitchen with a propane stove and refrigerator, covered back deck overlooking the river cascading down off the mountain heading to the ocean. River view looking both upriver and downriver. Level land, campfire pit, BBQ area. There is also a shed with the generator and shop area. If you know the area Kennedy Meadows is miles from the closest PGE power so everything is on generator, propane runs the lights, stove and refrigerator or you can use the generator. There is no internet or phones in the Deadman Tract, to use a phone you just have to go to the Kennedy Meadows resort office.
